When you hire any wedding, event or decor professional, you are hiring more than just their industry skills. A good professional is also your partner. Should Murphy’s Law strike, you need professionals who may have encountered similar scenarios and who can try to help you overcome any problems. If you forgot to order a mother’s nosegay, for example, you need a vendor who would be willing to create one on the fly, to be there and provide all your needs. Not just drop it off and leave it to chance. We are there for you.

In addition, your vendors must be willing to work together to produce your event. Many facilities and churches have special rules regarding what may and may not happen in their spaces, your vendors must be willing to work with or around these rules. Often, we must coordinate with caterers, photographers, bakers and other event professionals, with or without the benefit of having worked with them before. But with The Design Team of The Ultimate Affair and as consultants as well, we are very knowledgeable about new floral trends, linens, decorations colors and most facilities in and around the Baltimore/DC Metro have already had us grace their establishments; we are completely familiar with their policies.

We never use "end of stock" of "week olds" for your special day or event. Our weddings and events demand the freshest and the best.  Our arrangements are "high style". No "roundy-moundy stuff" at The Ultimate Affair. AND, if your budget is conservative. Don't worry. We can probably fill your wishes even with a reasonable budget and get you that "High Style Wedding" of your dreams. However if your budget is a liberal one than prepare yourself for a wedding that will be "Over the Top".  Unless this is what you would like the Martha Stewart looks seems to be in for this year,

 Special Note... Since we do not use Funeral Flowers for our weddings. Pompoms, Spray Mums, Carnations and Gladiolas are sold only by request.

 BOOKING LIKE CRAZY FOR 2008!!!!

   Ladies...we book up fast.  I can't emphasize this to much. We hate to turn anyone away but we can't do more then one or two weddings a day depending on what your want...flowers...planning...photography. Photography books only TWO MAXIMUM per weekend. ONE FOR EACH DAY. DOING TWO A DAY IS TO MUCH WORK AND IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU..OUR CLIENT OR ME WHEN I PHOTOGRAPH YOUR DAY and even though Pam likes to be Superwoman...QUALITY COMES BEFORE QUANTITY.The good dates are going fast for 2008.
