Dear Ben,

Sarah and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the absolutely amazing job that you did with the photography for our wedding. Your ability to capture the perfect moments and point of views throughout the ceremony and reception was awe inspiring. We have received too many compliments on our wedding pictures to count and they continue to add up.

As an amateur photographer I have seen and come across some very impressive photos, but most of the pictures you took at our wedding are at the top of my list of the best photos I have seen. However, it wasn’t just the superb quality and composition of your photos that made our experience working with you phenomenal. The customer service and genuine interest in your customers’ satisfaction that you provide is amazing. You went out of your way to make Sarah and I feel special even though we were hundreds of miles away from each other and you. Even though we had not met with you personally before the wedding, we both felt that you were going to treat us right and take very good pictures. Boy did we underestimate you! Everything about your photos was above and beyond our wildest dreams. Before our wedding we looked at other couple’s wedding photos and hoped ours came out as well, but now other people look at ours and hope theirs will be as great as ours.

Your personality, professionalism, photography, and passion for your work made us feel like we were royalty and could have anything we wanted before, during, and after our ceremony. I do not believe there is another photographer out there that enjoys his/her work more than you and is able to provide his/her customers with the quality of photos you take while still being so affordable.

Oh my goodness! Christmas came early this year!!!!!! :-) I got the pictures today and looking through them I immediately started crying! Honest to God. They are far, far beyond any expectations I may have had! I don't mean to say that I underestimated you, just I never expected the amount of hard work and care you put into preparing these for us. And having the prints arrive with the CD was really special. You honestly made my day. Actually, probably more like my month. I am deeply, deeply moved and extremely grateful!

I honestly would go on and on about all of these, but in particular, I LOVE the large print of Rob and I walking off into the distance- it looks like a watercolor... and the black and white of us underneath the tree... and peering out from behind the branch. SIMPLY beautiful.

Again, I can't thank you enough for your work thus far. I cannot wait to see what you do with our wedding photos! My thanks for years to come ;-)

Thank you so much for the wonderful flowers and photos for our wedding!

The flowers were more than we imagined. Pam, you did wonders with the flowers on our fixed budget! The details were amazing-- from the pew wreaths with berries and the berries in the bridal bouquet, wrapped with such beautiful fabric, to the orchids in the trumpet vases and pears in our low centerpieces. Everything was very original and dramatic. We received many compliments on the flowers. You worked with us so well on our ideas and really brought them to life- and then some! We really appreciated your prompt replies to our many emails & calls and your presence throughout our wedding day as well. Ben, we were so pleased with our engagement photos. Your work looks like it came straight out of a magazine. I am sure we will be even more pleased with our wedding photos! You also worked well with our videographer and friends and family who wanted to take photographs. You were able to take a great mix of posed and impromptu photos, and you never took us away from our family and guests for too long. I am sure some of the best photos will be the impromptu photos!

We also really appreciated you driving all the way from Aberdeen to Manassas for our morning wedding. You never missed a beat and were there for everything!

You both made our wedding day the most wonderful and carefree day. through all of the planning, Pam, you lways put me at ease that everything would be wonderful, and the flowers would be beautiful adn full, and they were the most gorgeous flowers I had ever seen. I can't tell you how many compliments I got that day on how nice all the flowers looked. And Ben you help keep everything light and fun all morning. You always knew the exact picture you wanted to capture and you did not take us aways from our family for exteded periods of time to get good photo's. Pam (& Ben), This email is long overdue! You two did an outstanding job at our wedding. I can't thank you enough for everything. Pam, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I know I told Ben that, but I haven't told you that directly yet. My bouqet, was amazing. I loved it soooooo much. I couldn't have even imagined anything more perfect! Everything was wonderful, including all of the centerpieces. Perfection describes it to a tee. Ben, your work was so wonderful as well! Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph our wedding. The pictures were absolutely perfect. I can't even begin to express my graditude. We have so many shots of the best day of my life :) I didn't even tell you this before the wedding, but I was hoping that you would get a great picture of the sword arch outside of the church (it was really important to me). Once, I saw that picture (I think you know which one I'm talking about- with the sunlight on the sword) I was astounded. It's perfect. It was the "money shot" as I like to call it :) I don't think I could have been in better hands than you two! Thank you so much for making the happiest day of my life so memorable.
